Returns Policy:

Should you purchase an item from our website and it is faulty, you will either be issued a refund for the item price you paid or will be offered a replacement of the same item (or similar if no longer available) within 30 days. Photographic evidence may be requested if the fault is visible and refunds may be dependant on our judgement of the item. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order therefore if you have any questions about any item you may have purchased or are unsure of it's best use, please DM or contact via our enquiry form so we are able to provide the best advice.

1. Personal information or business information that you supply SAZLASH other than information that is in the public domain, will be treated confidentially and in line with our Privacy Policy. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any Third Party, including for the purposes of marketing, without your prior permission. We will only disclose your information if it is necessary for the performance of our services or where so required by law.

2. SAZLASH has the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Please ensure that you check for any changes regularly, as you are bound by them if you use this site, have purchased from SAZLASH or have previously enrolled on a course with SAZLASH. You have permission for temporary, non-exclusive use of the site. SAZLASH reserves the right to change the content of the site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying you and without having any legal responsibility towards you.

3. You are not allowed to copy, modify, duplicate, create derivative works from, frame, mirror, republish, download, display, transmit, or distribute all or any part of the site. You are also not allowed to licence, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, display, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit, or otherwise make the site and/or any documents or online resources (including our digital products after these have been purchased by you) on the site available to any third party.

4. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct software on your computer to operate this site and anything online features you may purchase, if this is not possible, SAZLASH will attempt to provide information via an alternative method to assist within 7 working days however are not obligated to do so. Although we do our best to protect our site, we are not responsible for any viruses, bugs or similar issues. We advise that you use your own virus protection software to protect yourself.​

5. We do not guarantee the accuracy of material on our site, and you are responsible for the way you use its content.

6. We shall not limit or exclude our liability for:

death or personal injury;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

any act, omission or matter, liability for which may not be excluded or limited under any Applicable Law.

We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, including:

loss of profit;

loss of goodwill;

loss of savings; or

loss of contract.

We also exclude, but only as far as legally possible, all terms and warranties or promises implied by law or by statutes. By using the site, you agree to us handling this information and confirm that the data you provide is accurate.​

7. If you do anything which is a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (such as for example; introducing viruses, worms, Trojans and other technologically harmful or damaging material) your right to use the site will end immediately, we will report you to the relevant authorities and provide them with details of your identity. You must not try to obtain access to our server or any connected database or make any ‘attack’ on the site.

8. All training manuals, materials, pictures, videos or any website or social media content and anything you receive from us is the sole property of SAZLASH and any attempt to copy or use without our consent or share any part of our material with 3rd party will be prosecuted. You can not publish nor share our training manual, materials, pictures or videos on your social media without our consent nor you can share it with anyone else.  

9. Please note that SAZLASH are not responsible for the loss of items due to postal services such as Royal Mail.

10. Courses:
10.a. You have 12 months to book and complete the course before it expires. We do not make exceptions, so please re-ensure you commit to your course and complete it within the above timeframe as no refund will be given on any occasion. If you require extension due to unpresented circumstances, this must be done prior to your course expiration date. The cost of the extension is 25% of the price of the course when you purchased it and you will have an additional 1 month to complete the course. Any extension requests after this time period will be treated as a new course booking and the full price of the course must be paid except the cost of the kit.

10. b. SAZLASH are happy to offer our courses to educators also however, by purchasing any of our courses you are entering into an agreement that you will not offer the particular course purchased for the next 6 months. This is to protect our course material being copied as well as reinsuring you get enough practice in the treatment you are going to teach. If you or anyone you work with/for will offer this course earlier than a stated time frame, we will be taking legal action and treat this as a breach of our terms and conditions and your qualification will be revoked with immediate effect. Please review item 8 regarding the copyright of all training guides and copyrighted information. 

10.c. 1:1 options and mobile options are available for an additional £150 and subject to availability. 

10.d. During the classroom course you will be required to practice on other students for the practical assessment. If there is an odd number of students attending, you will be notified at least 5 working days prior to the course date and may be required to provide a model. 

10.e. SAZLASH has the right to post your case studies on our social media and websites as long as the work is of a treatment you have learned with SAZLASH. Where possible, SAZLASH will always try to tag you but are not obligated to. 

10.f. SAZLASH will only provide the completed address of the courses once payment has been received in full. SAZLASH do not own the classroom and therefore have to respect the privacy of the landlord.

10.g. You are responsible for your own insurance. SAZLASH will provide information regarding insurers during the course however it is your responsibility to gain your own insurance. SAZLASH strongly advise you contact your insurer prior to the purchase of any course for information. SazLash are covered by The Beauty Guild and courses are Accredited by BIA (Beauty Industry Approval). 

10.h. If the course is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be provided. After this timeframe, a 25% deposit will be kept and the remainder amount paid will be refunded. Should you cancel within 120 hours prior to the agreed course date, you will not receive a refund. If you wish to postpone the date (must be within 12 months of purchase date) you must notify SAZLASH at least 5 working days prior to the confirmed course date.
